We structure single assets and multi-asset vaults alike, with underlying holdings that can be new or already existing, in any combination. Every instrument we issue is a new security.

Your offchain asset is connected to its onchain representation. Cash flows, valuations, and corporate actions follow how you already run the asset, so no restructuring is required on your side.

Your asset goes live with KYC, AML, and sanctions screening enforced at the protocol level. Record-keeping and fund administration run from the first transaction, and investors onboard against our licenses rather than yours.
